Paste your Markdown into the converter or drop a .md file on it. The HTML updates as you type. Open the HTML tab to copy the code, or click Download .html to save it. Headings, lists, links, tables, task lists and fenced code blocks all convert, and nothing is sent to a server.

It unwraps an answer that arrived inside a ```markdown code block, turns • and ◦ bullets into real list items, adds the missing space in ##Heading, and puts a blank line before --- dividers so the text above doesn't turn into a heading. It also removes ChatGPT citation markers, zero-width characters and non-breaking spaces. Code blocks are left alone.
Switch the output to Email HTML. Every tag gets inline styles for fonts, spacing, tables and code, because Gmail, Outlook and most newsletter editors strip style blocks and class names. Task list checkboxes become empty and ticked box characters, since email clients drop form inputs. Paste the code into your editor's HTML block, or use Copy formatted for a normal email.
Yes. With Tables and task lists turned on, it handles GitHub Flavored Markdown tables with column alignment, - [ ] task lists, ~~strikethrough~~ and bare URLs as links. Heading ids follow GitHub's slug rules, so a heading called Next steps gets id="next-steps" and your existing #anchor links keep working.
With Strip unsafe HTML on, which is the default, raw HTML tags in the Markdown are escaped unless they're simple formatting tags like <kbd> or <sup> with no attributes. Scripts, event handlers, iframes and javascript: links are removed. Turn it off only for Markdown you wrote yourself. The preview is always sanitized.
